OUR WAY OF WORKING
At InterTradoc we always aim to offer a quality sworn translation service that meets the needs of our clients. Therefore, we try to adapt to the deadlines and conditions indicated. When the client needs very tight deadlines, we evaluate different options that allow us to meet the required deadlines. Furthermore, we are aware of the importance of respecting the confidentiality of our clients’ documents, which is why we always offer the possibility of signing a confidentiality agreement in advance, and we strictly respect the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection 3/2018, of 5 December.
Sending documents
The client sends us a scanned copy of the document(s) to be translated by e-mail, WhatsApp or by sharing it through a trusted online server. Please note that we do not need the original documents to do the sworn translation.
Assessment and quotation
Our experts assess the type of document and make a thorough count of the number of words it contains. Once we have this data, we send you a closed quote and deadline.
Acceptance of the quotation
The client accepts the written quote and we prepare the documents so that the translators can start translating as soon as possible. We always try to ensure that the translation respects the layout of the original document as much as possible in order to facilitate the final reading.
Starting the translation
Our agents manage the translation with the assigned sworn translator. Once completed, the translator signs and stamps the translation to give it the necessary official status.
Translation delivery
Once the translation has been completed, we will send you a copy in PDF of it by e-mail and the original translation by post to the indicated address.
Delivery deadlines
The process for requesting a sworn translation service of your official documents is very simple. All you have to do is fill in the online form and choose the option I am interested in! In this section you will be able to see both the price and the delivery date, and decide if it suits your specific needs.
Then, you will only have to attach your scanned document and choose the payment method that suits you best. Our team of professional sworn translators will work to meet the deadlines that will appear on your quote summary and to have your document translated as soon as possible. The average delivery time is usually 3-4 days.
In addition, we offer you the option of receiving your sworn translation both by email and by post, and the price will remain the same!
